Through the looking glass, a six-petalled flower awaits you at the bottom of the bowl. It embodies bohemian rhapsody, and will slide into your everyday essentials like none other.

The Work

  • Clay – Keane White Raku

  • Process – the bowl has been wheel thrown. The centre of the bowl was removed and replaced with a flower made from slab.

    • Please note, there is a subtle crack around the rim of the bowl base, where the flower slab was attached to the . It will not affect the integrity of the piece.

  • Glaze

    • Base Coat – dipped in Stone Studio Lynnie’s white gloss

    • Top Coat – 3 layers of oozy Mayco Oriental Carmel Jungle Gems are applied with a paintbrush onto the inner rim of the dish

Care Instructions

To retain the quality of your Love Leena piece and ensure longevity, hand-washing is recommended with a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid using any metallic scrubbing products, as it could scratch the glaze and cause metal markings. Please air dry your pieces after cleaning.

Your ceramics are food safe, as well as microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated **. Just like glassware, sudden changes in temperature should be avoided to prevent fragility from thermal shock. Pieces can also crack or break if treated roughly or dropped. 

Please handle me with love and care!
